♡ Terms Of Service ♡

Before commissioning me, please read these terms of service thoroughly as to avoid future confusion.♡ I am allowed to reject a commission.♡ I will only work with colored references. lineart references are ok if the commission type is a lineart only piece.♡ I need you to give me at least a vague idea of the kind of pose you'd like, if you can provide references this would be better. this is to assure you will like the final piece.♡ I don't do overly complex backgrounds. All commissions have a simple color background, if you want something more detailed it will be added to the final price of the commission depending on how complex the background is.♡ You will be paying full price before I start working, during the process you will be given a sketch to make sure the pose, character details, etc are correct. You can always request to have something changed during the sketching stage.♡ You can only ask for a full refund during the sketching phase, anything after that will not be refundable.♡ For the payment: i only take Paypal.♡ Once the commission is finished I will ask you for permission to post it on my account. This will be done with a watermark to show that it is a commission and shouldn’t be used alongside being a lower quality image. You can:
. Give me permission to post it, request your name not be mentioned.
. Give me permission to post it, with your name attached to the post.
. Not give me permission to post it. In which case the art will not be posted♡ You’re not allowed to make profit from my art. However, you are allowed to post it on your social media, use it as an icon, etc crediting me as the artist.♡ Once the art is finished you will be sent a Google Drive link to the full resolution art since twt/instagram DMs and posts lower the art quality.♡ What qualifies as NSFW? this can be very varied but: if i can post it on Instagram without needing to crop it, censor, etc, then it’s SFW, if not, it’s NSFW, even if it doesn’t show any explicit nudity. It all depends on a mixture of clothing, pose, character, etc.♡ My NSFW commissions exclude:
. Bestiality.
. Minor/minor-looking characters.
. heavy gore.
. Certain fetishes. (ask me first!)
. Real people.If something you want to commission me doesn’t appear in this list you can always ask me. ♡
